Mont Tremblant Québec

Mont Tremblant has been voted 20 years in a row best ski resort in Eastern North America. The ski resort was recently acquired by the Alterra group, owner of Aspen Snowmass.

Mont Tremblant is a four-season destination offering a large variety of activities throughout the year. It is a widely-regarded golf destination and ideal for triathletes preparing for the Mont-Tremblant IronMan Series which takes place in August of every year. Close to 2 million visitors flock to Mont Tremblant every year.

Bel Air Tremblant

Bel Air Tremblant is located at a 10-minute drive from the ski resort. It is a magnificent 543 acres piece of property offering breathtaking views of Mont-Tremblant. It is a Resort and Residential project, with 400 acres dedicated to its residential component and the remainder for the resort component. Bel Air Tremblant is the most unique resort and residence project in North America. 120 out of 130 residential lots were sold in the past 4 years, with most of these having been built on or under construction by owners. The resort sits on 143 forest-lined acres, where we created a collection of unique lodging units being in a hotel environment.

Hospitality

We sensed a new trend emerging in the hospitality world and decided to develop it and improve it by developing a new breed of lodging called pods and domes. Our lodging units are architecturally distinct small-surface houses scattered in a wonderful mountain environment. Our intent was to create a unique experience for our guests .  Each pod has been carefully positioned to preserve our biodiversity and offer views while maximizing guest privacy. 

We currently operate 40 modern chalets, pods and domes and are adding a combination of 12 domes and pods per year. Our resort is legally zoned to accommodate up to 90 units. Bel Air aims to redefine glamping to provide unique luxury accommodations and experiences.

We developed a proprietary management software to maintain our lodging units and perform strategic yield management. Our unique lodging units combined with out-of-the-box marketing strategies help us generate 90% of our revenues directly without using OTAs.

Resort Amenities

Our intent is to capitalize on experiential travel by creating unique and qualitative experiences.

We built a state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot clubhouse at the heart of our resort featuring our reception areas as well as a bistro, a pool, a gym, a wellness center, game rooms and more.

Our Gourmet Japanese restaurant Ekki Sushi opened its doors in June 2021, and became an instant sensation attracting the who’s who of Mont Tremblant. The intent was to “recreate” Japan in Tremblant through thoughtful design and gourmet cuisine. Our vision has seen wide acclaim and has been very well-received in the region, gathering incredible reviews.

At Bel Air Tremblant, we strive for our guests to harmonize with nature, thus we have created an environment for them to interact with animals at our Animal farm. Our farm is home to horses, poneys, alpacas, goats, chicken and more, where kids and kids at heart are thrilled to experience farm life and interact with our beloved animals.

At the prairie, we offer yoga classes in our wonderful 800-square foot glass yoga studio. We have a kid climbing course, a soccer field, volleyball courts and an archery range.

Real Estate Development

Bel Air Tremblant is undoubtedly one of the most successful real estate projects of its kind in Quebec and Canada. Our group crafted an innovative development and marketing strategy that led to the sale of 120 homes in 4 years. To build up to this success, we started by developing the entire project infrastructure including kilometers of mountain roads and electricity throughout.

Our group invested heavily in architecture and design by creating 30 model homes for clients to choose from with the purchase of their lots. We developed novel marketing and selling strategies that resulted in high volume sales with a superior return on investment.
