He started his career as an entrepreneur in the Healthcare industry, transitioned and worked as a financial consultant before entering the real estate and hospitality world.

Executive Assistant

Earned her Bachelor Degree in International Studies and Criminology from the University of Miami and her Master Degree in Constitutional and Criminal Law from the University of Florence, Italy. She started her career as a criminal attorney and professor before working in the real estate and hospitality field.

Chief Financial Officer

Martin Key has more than 18 years of multinational finance experience. Martin has served as CFO with various private and public companies across industries including hospitality, consumer products, and e-commerce. He started his career in investment banking with J.P. Morgan in New York before transitioning into private equity and then corporate finance. Martin holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of South Carolina, a Master of Science in Finance degree from Boston College, as well as an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Started as a CEO of two consulting companies in France, arrived in the USA in 2001, worked in the medical evacuation and medical assistance for tourists,  and continued his career in the hospitality field.

Experienced website developer and webmaster, with more than 10 years in the field. Well-versed in frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure.

Director of Sales

Educated in Paris, France, Florence holds a Master degree in Business and a Law degree.
Florence moved to Miami in 2000 after working in the Telecom industry in a senior sales executive position. She created her real estate brokerage firm in Miami before joining The Bel Air Resort Group in 2018.

Legal affairs

Candice has a master degree and a post graduate degree in business law from Université Paris V René Descartes. Candice was a lawyer at the Paris Bar, specialized in Business and Real Estate. She has joined the Bel Air Team in 2021 where she is in charge of several legal and marketing  functions

Architecture Design & Renderings

He is a professionally licensed architect and 3D rendering artist with a degree in Architecture from the University of Litoral, Santa Fe, Argentina. With more than 10 years of experience, he is currently leading a team of professionals focused on residential projects and hospitality developments. 

Digital marketing

Earned her master degree in international marketing and business development at Skema Business School in France. She started her career abroad and worked for several real estate and hospitality companies based in Thailand and in the US. She specializes in digital marketing and social media and has 4 years experience in that field.

Website developer

Experienced software developer and computer technician with more than 15 years in the field. Well-versed in frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure. Currently specializing in web and mobile development, and in Data Science and Business Intelligence. He leads a software development team in the city of Santa Fe, Argentina, and works as an external consultant for renowned companies in the region.
