Bel Air Bahamas

Bel Air Bahamas is our next project,  it is a resort and residential project located in North Eleuthera, Bahamas. North Eleuthera is only a short one-hour flight from South Florida, and is paradise on earth blessed with an incredible climate and the majestic waters.  Bel Air Bahamas is a 15-minute drive from the airport of North Eleuthera and is easily accessible with multiple daily direct flights from Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.

The land was purchased in September 2021 and as of August 2022, the Bel Air development has been fully approved by the Bahamian government. Bel Air Bahamas sits on 55.43 acres and is divided into two separate lots.

The first lot is 50 acres and will be divided almost equally between the resort and private residences. They are located on Eleuthera famous cliffs and will offer breathtaking views of the Caribbean crystal clear waters.

The second lot is 5.43 acres and is located 3 minutes by car from Bel Air’s resort and residences. This will be the location of Bel Air Beach Club. We will have a shuttle that will take guests and residents back and forth between the two properties. This incredible property has a 290 feet beach frontage on the Caribbean sea featuring one of the most beautiful beaches of Eleuthera.  This property will serve as the setting for our beach club with a beach restaurant and bar.

The resort component is a Bahamian-Asian fusion project, designed as a luxury low-density project to provide guests an oasis of serenity. The project will feature a large range of amenities including a state-of-the-art spa, fitness facilities, meeting space, food and beverage components, a beach club, infinity pools and more.

The residential portion of the project will feature 44 houses of bahamian asian and modern-minimalist  influence from 2 500 square feet to 5 000 square feet.

The Resort

The resort will occupy 35 acres and will be sprinkled with elegant balinese bahamian 750 square feet cottages for a total of 70 units. Its low density will provide guests privacy and exclusivity for a relaxing and unforgettable stay. Our  resort’s team will focus on elevated and thoughtful guest service. Bel Air Bahamas is designed as a luxury boutique resort offering the ultimate resort experience.

Our Food and beverage operation will be diverse, providing unique culinary experiences crafted by our executive chefs. Our restaurants will offer Japanese food with our Ekki Sushi brand, as well as Asian, Bahamian and Mediterranean cuisine.

Ono Spa will deliver unique  treatments for the well-being of our guests. We are planning to organize Yoga and meditation retreats with the best professionals in the holistic health and wellness industry.

Watersports activities will also be central to our guest experience at Bel Air Bahamas with the wonderful Caribbean waters serving as a fantastic “playground”.


Bel Air Residences will feature approximately 40 lots for sale, most of them offering expansive views of the Caribbean seas. The average lot size will be 0.5 acres, upon which will sit homes ranging from 2,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet designed by our architects. We have designed six model homes for buyers to choose from. Bel Air Resorts Group will be the developer and will build those homes with our local contractors on the island managed by our project management team. Upon selecting their lots, buyers will choose their model home, and we will take on the construction of these residences. It is not our strategy nor intention to build spec homes at Bel Air Bahamas.

Homeowners at Bel Air will enjoy access to our resort amenities, and also have the option to enter their home in the resort rental program to generate rental revenues. Bel Air has developed a rental program that also includes home maintenance to offer stress-free ownership.
