We first ventured in Harbour Island in 2014. Harbour Island is one of the most upscale and luxurious islands in the Bahamas and in the Caribbean competing head to head with the likes of St Barths and Turk and Caicos.

Harbour Island attracts high profile entrepreneurs and international celebrities as guests and residents. Our resort homes are marketed under the La Palmeraie Bahamas brand.

Our 3 La Palmeraie Bahamas homes are available for rent. Our clientele includes mostly VIP’s,  and our rental rates range from $4,000 per night to $20,000 per night depending on the house and seasonality. We have achieved an excellent reputation delivering superior service and quality.

We acquired 6 lots in Harbour island and built 3 houses on them. Our 2 oceanfront 11,000-square foot luxury homes have the bells and whistles of mansions.

Our third 6,000-square feet house is an oasis of serenity offering the same level of finishes as our other homes.  They have been designed and engineered in the US. Our Miami-based project managers direct and oversee the construction by our local builders.

Our homes are hurricane proof and are built with the most stringent standards. We are currently operating our homes as luxury mansion rentals but we may contemplate the sale of one of our properties given expressed interest from past guests and vacationers.
