Our Asheville Project

Set on 150 acres of land with roads and underground electricity already in place, our Asheville development combines a luxury resort with a private residential community.
The resort occupies 65 acres zoned for 65 high-end glamping units, anchored by a restaurant, wellness center, and full spa. Designed for guests seeking an immersive nature experience without sacrificing comfort, it is positioned to capitalize on Asheville’s consistently strong occupancy and rates.

The residential community spans the remaining 85 acres, offering 75 one-acre parcels within a thoughtfully planned neighborhood centered around a private clubhouse. Owners have the flexibility to generate income through short-term rentals managed by an independently selected management company. BelAir Resorts will sell lots and connect buyers with established local builders, keeping the process seamless from purchase to completion.

Current Stage of Development

The project is meaningfully de-risked and ready to move. Residential lots have been platted and are being recorded, condominium documents are in place, and lot sales will be open in March 2026. Zoning has been fully approved across the entire 150 acres, removing one of the most significant hurdles in any development of this scale.

Final construction permits for the resort are in process, with a build start targeted for June 2026. The project is shovel ready. Buyers entering now are positioned at the earliest and most advantageous stage of the project.
