Built to the most exacting construction standards, both homes are fully hurricane-proof, engineered to endure the most demanding Caribbean weather events without compromise. Every finish, every system, every detail was selected for both beauty and permanence.
Our Land Portfolio
Beyond our oceanfront estates, we acquired four additional lots situated just 100 meters from the beach prime positions in one of the island’s most coveted residential corridors. One four-thousand-square-foot luxury residence has already been completed and sold for six million dollars. The remaining three lots represent future development opportunities, to be released in due course consistent with our unhurried approach to building only what belongs.

We do not simply develop on Harbour Island we are embedded in it. We have cultivated deep, trusted relationships with two of the island’s most accomplished local builders, and we manage every dimension of our projects in-house: construction documents, purchasing, logistics, equipment, and project management. We own our construction equipment outright. Nothing is left to chance, and nothing is delegated that should not be.
