Introduction

Bel Air Resorts Group is a vertically integrated real estate and hospitality development company headquartered in Miami, Florida, with active projects in Québec, Canada, The Bahamas, and North Carolina. Founded in 1999, the Group brings over 25 years of expertise spanning urban planning, architecture, interior design, construction, sales, hospitality management, and digital marketing covering every phase of development in-house.

Our Origins

The Group traces its roots to Miami Habitat Group, which invested in historic South Beach apartment buildings and waterfront homes. This evolved into condo conversions most notably the Gramercy Condo, South of Fifth Street, Miami Beach and ground-up construction with The Absolute South Beach Loft. These early projects established the foundation of a development philosophy centered on design excellence, desirable locations, and lasting asset value.

Mont-Tremblant, Québec

In 2009, the Group acquired 543 acres of development land in Mont-Tremblant, Québec home to the #1 ski resort in Eastern North America. Bel Air Tremblant opened in 2018 and became an immediate success, with 120 residences sold by 2022, alongside a thriving hospitality operation that established the brand’s reputation for luxury resort living.

Harbour Island, Bahamas

Beginning in 2014, the Group assembled a portfolio of six lots on Harbour Island   known as the Nantucket of the Bahamas   and completed three large luxury homes between 2017 and 2021 under the La Palmeraie Bahamas brand. Two oceanfront properties were retained and converted into ultra-luxury vacation rentals, earning an exceptional 4.9 out of 5 across 320 guest reviews, consistently ranked among the finest private rental properties in the Caribbean.

North Eleuthera, Bahamas

In 2021, the Group acquired 57 acres in North Eleuthera. As of 2026, the project has received full approvals and will deliver a luxury resort and residence community blending Asian and Bahamian architectural influences   a concept described as “Bali in the Bahamas.” The development will feature 70 resort cottages and 37 residences for sale, set within a pristine natural environment.

Asheville, North Carolina

In 2025, the Group acquired 150 acres near Asheville, North Carolina   one of the most celebrated mountain destinations in the United States   to launch Bel Air Asheville. The project received all major approvals and entitlements by February 2026, with construction permits anticipated beginning April 2026.  Bel Air Asheville is shovel ready with all roads and underground electricity in place.  The development will feature 65 luxury glamping units and 75 residential homes, combining the Group’s resort hospitality expertise with the natural splendor of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
