Current Stage of Development
The project is meaningfully de-risked and ready to move. Residential lots have been platted and are being recorded, condominium documents are in place, and lot sales will be open in March 2026. Zoning has been fully approved across the entire 150 acres, removing one of the most significant hurdles in any development of this scale.
Final construction permits for the resort are in process, with a build start targeted for June 2026. The project is shovel ready. Buyers entering now are positioned at the earliest and most advantageous stage of the project.
