Eric Harari Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Eric Harari was born in France and built his early intellectual foundation at the University of Paris, where he earned a Master’s degree in Business Law. In 1989, he deepened his expertise in global commerce and strategy by completing an MBA at New York University, one of the world’s premier business institutions, immersing himself in the energy and ambition of New York City at a pivotal moment in the global economy.

Eric’s entrepreneurial instincts surfaced early. He launched his career in Paris by founding Harrison Laboratories, a company dedicated to the development and commercialization of nutritional supplements, a forward-thinking venture that anticipated the wellness industry’s rise by decades. The experience sharpened his ability to identify emerging markets, build brands from the ground up, and bring innovative products to discerning consumers.

By 1993, Eric had expanded his horizons to London, where he established himself in financial advisory navigating the complexities of international capital markets and developing the transactional acumen that would later define his approach to real estate development.

In 1996, he relocated to Miami, drawn by the city’s unique intersection of Latin American dynamism, international capital, and sun-drenched lifestyle. Three years later, he made the decisive move that would shape the next chapter of his life pivoting entirely to real estate development. What began as an investment in the storied architectural heritage of South Beach evolved into a multi-decade journey across some of the world’s most coveted destinations: Miami, Mont-Tremblant, Harbour Island, North Eleuthera, and the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina.

Today, with over 25 years of development experience across four countries, Eric leads Bel Air Resorts Group with the rare combination of legal precision, financial sophistication, entrepreneurial courage, and an uncompromising eye for design and place.
